The Nature of Things 5

Part of a series The Nature of Things, this piece took a life of it's own and became a local favorite. Again, I used layers of high flow acrylics to create a blended under painting. Then I blocked out the shapes and brought in the soft teals and greens to take shape. As in my other abstracts, this is a skewed view of the very busy organic life around us. The plants, flowers, birds, and bugs all doing their thing to create nature. This grew to be one of my favorites.
